New legal blogs

There are several new legal blogs for Ohio legal researchers. The Sixth Circuit Blog is written by a group that does analysis of federal criminal decisions out of the Sixth Circuit. There's a similar blog for the Second Circuit. The blogs are from the Federal Public Defender offices, in their respective locales.

And from a neighboring state comes the Kentucky Law Blog: "eLegal commentary on Kentucky law: statutes, laws, regulations, appeals, trials ... "
